Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope

Our air conditioning services include inspection, cleaning, maintenance, repair, and installation of air conditioning units, as per the agreed service package or quotation.

2. Service Warranty

  • All repair and installation works are covered by a [3-month / 6-month / 1-year] workmanship warranty (depending on the service provided).

  • Warranty covers labor defects and installation faults only.

  • Warranty does not cover issues arising from:

    • Misuse or neglect

    • Unauthorized modifications

    • Acts of nature (e.g. lightning, flooding)

    • Normal wear and tear

  • Any parts replaced carry the manufacturer's warranty, subject to their terms and conditions.

3. Parking Fees

  • For service locations where free parking is not available, the client will be responsible for reimbursing actual parking fees incurred by the service team.

  • Parking charges will be added to the final invoice or collected on-site.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

  • Deposits may be required for installations or major repairs.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure clear access to the AC unit(s) and electrical outlets.

  • Inform the technician of any known issues with the system beforehand.

  • For installations, ensure approvals from building management if required.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use your air conditioning system. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
